The vehicle had a sticker or magnet on it “in the shape of a badge” that read “FB MUD 142” and were recording homes and yards with a camera.

As you are keenly aware, the situation caused by COVID-19 is changing almost daily. Due to the search for toilet paper and “flushable” alternatives flooding the market, people are beginning to flush items down the drain that are not meant to be disposed of in that fashion.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking water.

The waste collection provider for FBMUD 142, Waste Management, has provided our residents with a notice regarding services during the stay-at-home, work-safe order.

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District 142 (FB MUD 142) has been responsible for providing water, sanitary sewer, and drainage (WS&D) infrastructure for over 15 years, serving the community which has grown to include approximately 13,000 residents in over 3,200 homes within the MUD's roughly 1,245 acres.

A sanitary sewer line broke beneath a manhole in the area and caused a sinkhole to appear in late January.
